He was heading the Gold Loan Portfolio of ESAF Small Finance Bank.

His mission is to help individuals become self-reliant, sustainable, and financially independent. Over the years, he has actively supported tribal communities, fishermen, and other economically challenged groups by guiding them in starting and managing small businesses that improve their livelihoods and secure their future.

MR. RANEESH RAHMAN
An accomplished MBA graduate, brings over 18 years of extensive business management experience in both Indian and international contexts. His professional journey commenced in 2007 as a personality development trainer, setting the stage for a dynamic career trajectory. Having ventured abroad, Raneesh contributed significantly to a prominent consulting firm with operations spanning the Middle East, Africa and India. Within this role, he assumed leadership responsibilities for the Operations department, overseeing diverse national and international projects for key clients worldwide. His expertise shines in navigating complex projects within the realms of environmental consulting and engineering. Raneesh boasts certifications as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, along with internal auditor certifications for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Currently serving as a corporate trainer for various organizations, he brings a wealth of teaching experience, particularly in the Aviation and Logistics sectors. Recognized as an approved trainer by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Raneesh conducts classes in airline customer service. He has 5 years of experience in Aviation Training. Presently, Raneesh holds the position of Vice President at Oleevia Group of companies, where he spearheads the Educational wing. His multifaceted expertise and leadership continue to drive success within the organization.

Ace banking professional with 37+ Years of experience having 360 Degree Exposure in all the key areas such as Treasury, Retail,NRI,Forex,Wealth,Cross Selling, Corporate Banking, Planning & Strategy, HR, IT etc.. of State Bank of India. His last assignment with SBI was Deputy Managing Director Spearheading Financial Inclusion and Micro Market. He was the Strategic Advisor of ESAF Bank.
MR. N JAGADEESWARAN
Highly energetic and Seasoned banking Professional with 4 decades of Banking Experience with Indian Overseas Bank. In his last assignment with IOB, he was the Deputy General Manager-Credit and Operations of IOB. JD is having M.Com in Management Accounting and MBA in Banking & Finance. He also possesses CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking )Certification from the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Senior Banking Professional, Post Graduate in Economics having 42 Years of Service with Catholic Syrian Bank out of which 35 Years of Retail Banking Experience. His last position with CSB was AGM Bancassurance & Third Party Products Distribution. Specialist in Insurance Compliance and is certified with CAIIB and IRDAI SP.
